Refund & Cancellation Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Viaansh Infotech LLP provides digital services only.

  • No physical products are shipped.
  • All deliverables are provided digitally via email or secure file transfer.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the customized nature of website and e-commerce development services, returns are not applicable.

Refunds are governed strictly under our Cancellation Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Before Work Starts

If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of advance payment and before work has started, 100% of the advance amount will be refunded.

2. After Work Has Started

If cancellation is requested within 15 days of project initiation:

  • Work completed will be calculated at an hourly rate of USD 10 per hour.
  • The completed work amount will be deducted from the advance.
  • Remaining balance will be refunded.
  • If completed work exceeds advance amount, the client must pay the remaining balance.

No refund will be issued after 15 days from project start.
