1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of services provided by Viaansh Infotech LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided

  • Website Development
  • E-commerce Website Development
  • Custom Web Solutions

We reserve the right to accept or reject any project at our sole discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree that:

  1. All content (text, images, logos, videos, product details, documents, etc.) provided to us must be legally owned or properly licensed.
  2. You will not provide:
    • Obscene or explicit material
    • Content violating Indian laws
    • Copyrighted material without authorization
    • Content that promotes hate, abuse, or unlawful activity
  3. All information submitted must be accurate and verified by you.
  4. Required content and materials must be provided within 5 days of project confirmation.
  5. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the final website before launch.

Viaansh Infotech LLP is not responsible for the authenticity, legality, or accuracy of client-provided content.

4. Payments

  • 50% advance payment is required before project initiation.
  • Remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days after project completion.
  • Delay in final payment may result in withholding website handover or deployment.

All payments are non-transferable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Website design and development remain the property of Viaansh Infotech LLP until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, ownership of the final website design (excluding third-party tools, plugins, or licensed assets) is transferred to the client.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Viaansh Infotech LLP shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Revenue loss
  • Technical errors caused by third-party platforms
  • Server downtime
  • Hacking incidents
  • Data loss after project handover

Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a project if:

  • Payment terms are violated
  • Content violates legal standards
  • Copyright infringement is detected
  • Client misconduct or harassment occurs

In such cases, refund eligibility will be governed by the Cancellation Policy below.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on Viaansh.in.
